I am not still clear about tags!

What are these tags after every discusion or coment I post, do they mean something or simply to enhance the survillance of my post I should give them or simply skip the button! Any mylotter clarify!

Tags this will help your topic up the tag is used for Searching the topics that related topic. It will help your task to a Quality one and my Suggesion is you can make the habit of adding tags is good for you go with more Responses. I will add some tags for this Post i think it would be help you gain more replys.
