What do you do when this happens?

First, I will search the internet for help on how to deal with the problem. most possibly you will get many answers if your program is a common one. For example, I once could not use the BusinessObject to edit a report, and then I searched the internet, finally I solved it by setting the ODBC. Also sometimes, you can not get an answer just to resolve your problem, in this case, I will try to work out a resolution by myself, I will try any thing. A few days ago, my antivirus software could not updated, I got many answers from internet, but none of them was useful. I tried again and again, finally I only started the antivirus software using the administrator account, and everything became ok. You will feel happy after solving a problem, the longer it costs you, the happier you will be.

It depends on what program it is. I mean if it is a common software, I probably will try to figure it out why it crashes and then make sure I will workaround it when I use the program next time. The Internet is quite a place to ask for solutions so I will make good use of it.
