Do you mylot when you are at work?

Yes I do before I start work. And on my lunch break. I try to post and answer as many discussions as I can. Other wise I go back on when I get home from work...

Well since I am a full time mom and a full time housewife... I am on the computer at home and basically that would be my work place....LOL so I could say that I mylot at work. But if I did work in the office field, I dont think that I would... unless I had a personal computer and a break time...other than that I would be afraid to get in trouble and lose a job over just being on mylot....I love it here, but this is my relax time at home where I can discuss, talk and laugh at what others talk about here. No, I don't get the opportunity to sit at the computer at work... come to think of it, I rarely get to sit down at all except for my 15min and 30min break.

Yes, I am. Usually when I'm free and when I want to distracted my mind from something else and of course earn extra money too. hehehheh. If I do not surf internet or doing things I like, beside my job, I will be bored and my mind will thinking a wasteful thinking. That I wish to permanently avoid. I want to be productive.

Hi, i would say that i used to mylot too at work last time, when i first joined in mylot. This is also because at that time i wasn't that busy with my work, so i could do my work and also make some post at the same time. However i have to admit that these actually distract some of my attention at work, and so i feel a little of sinful,haha. We should pay full attention while at work, and not distracted by doing another 'job' here. And now also, i'm getting busy recently. So i do not log in mylot when i'm at work. I will only do postings after working hours or at home.

Hmmm~~ It seems most people here do mylot while working. But I'm an exception because my work is a little bit special. I'm a teacher and I have to give classes in the classroom. You know it's impossible for me to do mylot at the same time. But when I'm free at weekends, I spend most of my time here to read and respond to discussions, sharing with others' their ideas and keeping up with the latest events here. Of course, making extra bucks is a good thing too.

i've done this before, whenever i had free time at work and if i remember, i'll log on to mylot and respond to some discussions. i tried to be as discreet as possible though haha. but now i've been pretty busy at work and other stuff, no time to mylot at all

Hello mermaidivy, I am able to log in here during my office hours. If I have nothing to do (which is happening now...) I will respond actively here. I don't post too many discussions as you could see. I spend more time here during office hours rather than when I am at home.

I do not. I usually do mylotting when I am at home. We do not have any internet connection in our office. Even if there is, I do not have the time to do it since I cannot concentrate with my work. When I am at home, I have ample time to post here in mylot. So it is clear that all of my posting here are done when I am in the comfort of my home.

Before I lost my job to downsizing I ran several online programs for a railroad that didn't require me to do much so I would mylot while they were running. I would also mylot when I was caught up on everything...including my company and personal email. I kept the site up throughout the day and would come and go. Some days I was able to post a lot and then there were those days when I had projects to do so I couldn't goof off much.

The only time I have on here is while I am at work. I rarely have time at home or on the weekends. I dont know how much I post its always different.

Hi mermaid...I do mylot at work but only when I have nothing else to do. There are some days when I can't even make one single response to a discussion and there are other days when I can be on for an hour or so. It all depends...

I do mylot at work. Im doing it right now. I work on the computer alot, typing documents, calendaring, checking email, and doing research here and there so its really convent for me to mylot at work. I usualy mylot until my bosses come in which is around 10:00(if they come) and it just depends on what i have to do that day at work as to how much I post on mylot.

i do a little bit of the time, but i dont like to spend to much time on there because i feel guilty, so needless to say, i dont spend a whole lot of time on mylot but i do a bit. of course at work, some days are busier than others, it just depends.

Hello. Nice to see you. Sounds like you had a very nice job ! My job ? Oh, just keeps me busy all the time, very limited time to myLot. But, I do check off and on to see how fellow myLotters are doing !

I try not to do private internet businesses of my own (which includes myLot) or do my own surfing while at the workplace, because that eats into computer time and resources of the company. Besides, my company is quite strict about security and viruses, and if a staff does access to sites on the internet and end up introducing viruses and spyware into the company network, the staff can get into trouble answering for these. I usually do my internet businesses at home.

I am not yet working but still studying,usually during tutorials,I would turn on my laptop and start surfing the web aimlessly but when I get to know about mylot everything changes.Now I am contributing ideas and listening to my lectures while earning some money back for my ideas and opinions.I usually have very unstable posting because sometime I am too free hence I participate in many discussion but sometimes when I am busy I would just log in to participate in atleast 5 discussions.

I used to be on myLot before when I would be trying to work but I don't do that these days as I find that I cannot concentrate on both things at once! My work is really quite complicated and I need to be able to devote 100% of my brain activity if I want to get somewhere with it!

yes! I do mylot while at work. It's actually at work where i do most of my posting and especially task making. It is very seldom that i do it at home because I have a part time job that needs full attention. The set up actually works for me because I earn at work plus I have an extra income from tasks. Unfortunately, right now, tasks doesn't seem to be that much.
