It seems like there are lots of common dream that we always dream about like chase dream, falling dream, naked dream and teeth dream etc and they all mean something else and reflect what you are experience in real life, they seem to be pretty true. What is your common dream that you dream about once in a while?

There was this once that I kept dreaming about this white tiger trying to be my pet. And on other weirder dreams, I dreamed of this faceless person trying to take me away. It seemed quite scary when I was encountering the dream, but I know that a dream is just a dream and there is nothing really dangerous about it. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night in cold sweat, I would to and wash my face, my feet and drink a glass of water. After I come back to sleep, I wouldn't dream of such things anymore. Until the next day. This always works for me..

The faceless one sounds pretty scary... Tiger To see a tiger in your dream, represents power and your ability to exert it in various situations. The dream may also indicate that you to take more of a leadership role. Alternatively, the tiger represents female sexuality, aggression, and seduction. Faceless To see a faceless figure or person in your dream, indicates that you are still searching for your own identity and finding out who you are.?Perhaps you are unsure of how to read people and their emotions. And therefore are expressing a desire to know and understand these people in a deeper level.

Thanks for the interpretation. No matter how true it is in my life or not, I suppose I see it in a common sense sort of way. Come to think of it, tiger is associated with leadership and perhaps I could exercise that in my life, or perhaps I already am but not realizing it yet. As for that faceless dream, it can be said that I am still searching for my own self identity sometimes, but mostly I'm fine with it. You are right, I can't seem to figure out people sometimes, LOL... so your explanation there is cool..

I usually DON't dream when I sleep and I thank God for that blessing. Technically speaking, we all dream in our sleep - it's the REM (rapid eye movement) state in our sleep that occurs around a couple of hours within our sleep. It's actually a cycle, we get into that zone, leave it then enter back. However, what we define as "dreaming" in layman's terms mean that we *remember* our dreams. We're not supposed to. Dreams are supposed to heal our minds - to bridge the things that we wanted based on instinct and the things that we got because we had to make "logical" or "practical" choices. That means that if you remember your dreams, your mind wasn't able to cover it up for you and that leaves your mind more tired. Thanks for the response on my discussion :)

Your mind still does rest, but not as much as it could when it goes through the proper procedure of dreaming-then forgetting :)

Thank you for explaning!!! I always remember my dream sometimes I can even remember it in details, so does that mean my mind doesn't rest when I'm sleeping?

Hello mermaidivy, I have a weird type of dream. My dream can just be from one chapter to another different chapter in one dream. For example, there was a night where I dreamed of buying a new car and out of nowhere, I was sitting with my best friend talking about some issue and abruptly it stopped there and continued with another dream. At the end, it ended up with no ending when I woke up abruptly! I also heard a myth that you can't tell your bad dream to others if you don't want it to happen in your real life.

Ive actually been trying to dream this last week but I can say Im just thankful I can sleep these days and I have enjoyed some very calm uninterrupted sleep but no REM. Before this phase I ran into a lot of bad dreams and they really stuck in my mind but I like dreams that really make me think and I love trying to figure out my dream (even though everyone else says its rubbish) but since our world is a bombardment of symbols (even words) then I suspect there must be some meaning in dreams and I've always wanted to access my subconscious mind since that is where EVERYTHING is stored and that is soo interesting to me, self hypnosis?

I can't say I have a dream which I usually see, because I dream about very different things: there is action, horror, fiction, love etc. But there is one kind of dream, that I always see when having fever: I walk on telegraph lines, everything around me is bright and nice, the sky is blue. But then suddenly I fall down. There is mud and dirt everywhere, this place looks like a trench or grave or something. Then the dream ends. It's a quite sick dream, I usually see it when I sleep while having high fever. I am not sleeping deeply, more like half awake and it's a terrible feeling, like hallucinations or something.

Mud To see mud in your dream, suggests that you are involved in a messy and sticky situation. It also suggests that some internal cleansing is needed.? To dream that you are walking in mud, suggests that you are feeling weighed down by a situation, problem, or relationship. You are feeling frustrated.

Thanks for clarifying my dream. But I still think it is caused by a bad feeling which I experience when being ill:)

I usually forget my dreams. Dreams That I remember are those scary ones and those that are romantic and funny.

I think when you forget your dream means you sleep good.

i don't exactly remember my dreams. i know i dream all throught the night but once i open my eyes usually i forget what was happening while i was sleeping. as part of repeatation of dreams i have many a times i see spectacular images in the sky but because i don't remember the dreams properly i don't know the connecctions and reasons for the dreams, or the story behind the images.
