Ghost Hound Caught On Street Camera in Transylvania????!!!!

According to this article I found on Reddit earlier today, count Dracula's ghost dog has been caught on a street camera in Transylvania. Do you think there is any truth in this story or not? Is the photo a fake or is there a possibility that it could be real?

I don't know if it's real...could be just a superimposed image or something, but it's kind of fun to indulge in these things and believe them!
