What do you think of the recent developments with mylot tasks??

I love mylot tasks, I have found I actually quite enjoy writing & they suit me. My problem is I can't always get onto mylot, so the tasks are a nice little boost for my earnings.
I was quite disappointed to find people seem to be using the task creator to spam links, is this right or not?? I know a couple of them are genuine but most just seem to be spam.
I can't figure out which ones are worth it & which ones aren't?? Some just seem to be referal links!! Haven't we got PM for that??

I just had aq terrible experience. I totaly don't get it and I'm frustarated.
There was a task to listen to some music. I listened to a song, hit vota. as far I could see, I was supposed to enter the number that appeared. I did that, answered some questions and I got a message you must enter at least one field. But I don't know what thatmenas, I didn't see anything about a field. Thye website was in another language anyway.
It looks like I am just going to make pennys responding to and starting discussions. I've never seen a task that I feel I could do and today when I thought I saw something easy, this is what I get. making money online is just something that is proba bly never ever going to happen for me. I have had the worst luck in the world!

That task was created by me.
I am sorry you found it difficult to complete. I am in Italy and the contest concerned was for Italian bands hence the reason why it was not in English.
It was completed by almost 200 users and as far as I know no-one was unable to complete it.
I am sorry and if there is a next time I will try and make the instructions for completion even clearer

Never mind what I said. I just found out today the task was accepted, and I did get paid. It was just 2 cents but that had nothing to do with you. I was just frustarated yesgterday becauwe it showed that I had done a task but because I didn't know something, I was not going to get paid. And when I looked on my number of tasks yesterday it showed that amount of my reward was 0. But today it showed I got paid. Thanks for responding. One question. Do I get 2 cents for every song I listen to? Because if that's the case, I can go back and listen to 4 or 5 more.

i hardly do the tasks here... so far i only submitted 2 and they had been approved... i receive a measly 2 cents for them... but it is OK... money is still money, isn't it??? :-) anyway, i prefer to earn from doing discussions rather than doing the tasks because i simply don't have the time to complete the task... take care and have a nice day...

I really like what they've done in letting users make tasks. Before, it seemed like there wasn't enough tasks to go around with only MyLot making them, and most of them were too much work anyway. Also, with the referral links, as long as it is only one task its fine with me. What I saw (actually it is basically a whole page of tasks) is that one person decided to make 6 different tasks for the same referral link, to NeoBux I think. Abuse of the system should result in suspension, without any discussion. That siad, I have made a good amount off of tasks so far, and like the quick and easy ones, even if they are only two to ten cent rwewards.
