how to lose weight around thighs..??

well, i have full control over my diet, having 3 rotis with dal and one serving of fruit in the entire day..!! i have started with 15min walking daily... But still i m stuck at 50kgs for last one month...though thanks to mylotters i have reduced 5 kgs in last 3 months..!! all my weight is around my thighs, how to lose that specifically..?? can u help..???

Look at it this way - it's better to have it on the thighs than your lower tummy (around the middle-ish). Then you just look disproportional. So you're better off compared to many. You got the diet part down, good for you. Now you should work on the exercise part. Diet alone will help you lose the weight, for now. Exercise will help you manage your weight. Do some weight training - the more muscles you have, the more fat you burn at rest. And don't get too stuck on the weight part (it's weird that the rest of world uses kilograms while US uses pounds, stupid US units, I swear!) - muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck!

hey..thanks alot.. i to cut the ft on the thighs.. so wil do weight training..planning to burn more fat only..!!!

You can't target weight loss -- the body loses weight where it wants to, no matter what you do. You can improve the look of your thighs by toning them and building muscle, however. If you're worried about your weight, increase your cardiovascular workout -- bump that walk up to 30 minutes, or increase the intensity to a jog or light run. Make sure you eat enough -- starving yourself makes the body think it's going into a period of scarce food supply, so it actually will make you retain weight.

i think drinking lots of water with lemon juice and honey is a very helpful way for ur problem.....drink this juice as water everyday and this will surely reduce the fat...i also suggest u to walk for more time....and u can surely learn some yoga steps online
