It really is driving me nuts

as I cannot remember either the complete song or who sang it.
Just before lunchtime this snippet of a song just comes from somewhere in space and settles into my crowded brain.
I can only rmember two lines of it. Therefore it comes from way back when....

Can anyone help me on this one? It is time fgor me to leave the office and it is driving me crazy. The only clue that I can give is that it was a man with a deep voice. (Like that's really going to help!)

Hi. There is a song called "Sixteen Tons" by The Weavers. I don't know if this is the one you're talking about but it has those lyrics in it. You can try looking it up and see if it's what you are looking for. Hope that helps. :) (My friend suggested this song.) Let me know if it's not. :)
