Do you close the door when you urinate at the bathroom?

I used to close the door, when I lived with my parents. But now that I have an apartment with my fiance, we don't close the door, unless we have company obviously. Otherwise, if we don't have company, we usually leave it open. We've seen each other naked, without any closes at all. So, it's not like we have anything to hide at this point in our relationship.

If there's no-one else home, or they're all asleep, what difference does it make? I dont think you need an excuse. Its more important to me that the seat's dry!! I pay the mortgage so I can choose which doors are open or closed anyway.

Our bathroom is too small. You have to close the door, and even if I leave it open a little, it is not good. Then the cat will come inside. I don't like being watched.

It is just me and my husband at home now, so the bathroom door usually does not get closed unless we have company.

its all about the situation sometimes when we gotta go we gotta go all we think about is going to the bathroom so we forget the door other times its a curtesy check for most part.

Even if I am alone in the house, I will close and lock the door. A good habit I would like to think. I hope there won't be a new topic that asks if any of us would deficate with the doors open whatever the circumstances.

My boyfriend and I both close the door. We have a very tiny bathroom so we have to. But yeah I think it's gross to leave the door open while you are using the restroom...

I never close the door. It is just me and hubby there so really no need to close it. Besides that my cat likes to sleep in the bathroom but hates closed doors so I leave it open not to upset her too!

Yes. I would only urinate with the door open if no one was around. I don't think women have as many manners as they claim to have. I used to be a janitor and know mens restrooms are much cleaner. Women have the filthiest restrooms imaginable. Half of the time they don't even flush the toilet.

When my hubby is at home, I must close the door because he and I both find it disgusting if we don't close the door when using the bathroom. When my hubby, is not home, I will just leave it open because only dog and I will be home so no big deal.

actually when I gotta go I gotta go so if I am at home I dont really care I'll leave the door wide open. If someone were to walk by all I say is hi! sorry I had to go. I feel completely doing it especially it being in my own home it shouldnt matter.

I close the door always. even if there is some or no body at home. I close door always.

well when I am at my Gurgaon home, I often don't. Its just me. my mom, and I. But when i am at granny's house, where my college is I close it. There's my uncle, aunt, granny and cousins so lot of people, and its a big house so u might not know when someone goes in toilet....

depend who's home, if my daughter isnt home i will leave the door open, but if just me and wife, and my nephew i will leave it open.

lmao uhhuh of course ! even if you're a guys that doesn't mean you have to urinate with an open door lol, for me that's disgusting lol i'm sorry. i have a little nephew at home, he's 7 years old and he used to do the same like you. he never closed the bathroom door everytime he took a bath or urinate, and i always yelled at him to shut the door off lol. guys should have a manners too if it's related with that, you should feel ashame lol. and i teach my nephew to have a shame, specially if there's his girl friend at the house.

Yes, I close it. I am used to it. Since I was a kid, my parents taught me to close the doors always while using the bathroom.

Depends on who is home, just family, then open.
