My healthy breakfast most days is a tub of Greek yogurt with honey stirred into it, fast and delcious. If I am feeling more hungry early on I will have slice a few pieces from a brown long loaf and toast it, then eat it with butter and orange marmalade. If I do that I like to have the honey and yogurt later on in the day.

My homemade bread. Some hot cereals when I'm really up to it. I know I should it more often because I get in the habit of always the same thing. It's all right Sunday my husband made pancakes for breakfast that is good.

Yes, I will eat breakfast everyday and I won't skip it. It is one of the most important meals for me. I don't want to be hungry and go to work. I will feel very uncomfortable. If I am in a hurry to work, at least I will eat something like biscuits. But usually my mom will prepare us noodles as our breakfast. I love China

Most of my breakfast are consist of either noodles or bread with a cup of hot milk. Since, every morning i need to prepare quick breakfast for my hubby, so there are not much choice to choose. Our house was very far from my hubby's working area, so he need to went out early from our house. Our area is traffic jam area, so my hubby just can't went out late from our home. For a change, sometimes i will buy cakes or burgers, to be heated the next morning for breakfast . Actually, i am also having the same problem like you...

I am also having a hard time thinking for a good breakfast for my family. I am running out of idea. As much as possible, I don't want menus last week to be prepared for the current week. :) Anyways, my usual breakfast are: - egg, hotdog, fried rice - spaghetti - rice, ham, egg - Noodles and bread :)
