if he interesting in basketball, maybe you could give him something about basketball, like his favorite club shirt, favorite card player, or maybe some match video about his favorite club.

Perhaps you could take him out somewhere he'd enjoy? I'm sure he would just like to spend his birthday having fun with someone who loves him, I know I would. Take lots of photos to remind both of you what a great time you had. Hope your brother has a wonderful birthday!!

It's sad that I read your post just now. Well, I hope your brother had a blast on his birthday. I also hope that you made him happy whatever your gift was. I just want to share this site for your future gift idea reference http://www.gifti.us

My brother is also really into basketball (and football), and he loves it when people get him sports-related things. He's a huge Pistons fan, so anything with the Pistons, he'll love it. Does your brother have a favourite sports team? If so, maybe some memorabilia would delight him. My brother has a hard time reading because of his disorder, but he loves looking at sports images in books and magazines. Also, you could do something extra special, like baking your brother his favourite type of cake, cookies, dinner, etc. Whatever it is you do for him, I'm sure he'll be happy.
