I thinik people think more than required and make their own myths and beliefs, so there is always stress they have and a tensed life! It worsens the situation when they dont want to come out of this mess! What do you think is the best stress buster?

For me its talking it out 2 our best friend or with the person whom we like the most. Or else Reading books(as i have that habit) When i asked this same question to some of my contacts, My sister replied she will do it by crying. and her friend replied she will be dancing. Another person told he will hurt the one one who caused him strain. But my friend told them that the best stressbusster is meditation..crying n hurting 1 self does not relieve pain.

Excercising is a good stress buster. If you have a coach good- you can ask him/her to teach you vigorous exercise that will help you to distrsct fromt eh problem and release stress too. Try jogging or some activities that is vigorous and give body a sweat - you will relaxed when you blood circulation increases :)

Maybe have a bath and listen some music while you are alone. I really enjoy the time when I am in and alone, I could do whatever I want to deal with the stress.

do a sport especially really active sports like football soccor and track and field because you have alot of time to think during sports like baseball. Another trick is to just hang with friends and talk about completly random things

People deal with stress in many different ways, but I find that exercise and physical activity works best for me. I enjoy doing something physical with someone I love...WOW that sounded dirty. I mean something like going for a run, or completing a home repair project together. I also enjoy relaxing and watching a movie!

I think the best way is to unwind by engaging in a conversation with a friend over the phone, mainly your best friend.Once we share our stress and the cause behind it with someone close to us,I think the stress level automatically comes down. One can also indulge oneself in food...having chocolates is a great way I feel to lower stress levels.Even a good massage at times really helps and can miraculously get rid of that stress! :)
