While working on computers do you feel the fatigue?

At times I feel too much of work and am dead tired. I amd fatigued and then simply shun computer for a while. Its my habit to release my stress through doing odd jobs sitting on computer. Its a nice activity and keeps me busy!

Yes, i do always feel fatigue when i'm on this position. (Sitting up straight on my bed and my laptop is on a small table near my bed)
I do always feel muscle pain on my shoulder blades and on my nape. But when I ask my sister to check my BP, it still shows that my BP rate is normal.
I've tried to consult my doctor last year and was just telling me that this is just a vascular tension. Could this be serious?
