Do you know herbalist doctor?Do you understand the five internal organs?They are heart,lung,liver,spleen,kidney.DO you know your favorit color is related to your internal organs'health?
Maybe you don't know if you are not a chinese.the harbalist doctor indicated that 5000years ago.Now LET ME give you these knowledge:
1.heart likes red.if you feel you like red food sometimes ,it means your heart is weak.
2.liver likes green,if you feel you like green food or green clothes sometimes ,it means your liver is weak
3.spleen likes yellow.
4.lung likes white
5.kidney likes black
so if you feel your lung is weak,you can eat some white foods.and so does the others.
actually,your favorite smell,your favorite things are all the indicator of your organs health.

So ok you got my attention, but I kinda don't believe in it. Just my thoughts, I love green all the way, but I don't think my liver is weak. Thanks for the information anyways, I guess there's nothing to lose to read and have some fun with it.

if your liver is weak,you cannot feel it.but the hospital cannot check it until it weaker and weaker.you like green,your liver is weak,but you eat many green food,it is good for your liver,so your liver is stronger.
but if you eat too more green food,it maybe hurt your liver.it is the saying that overdone is worse than neverdone.
it is the reason why herbalist doctor can see your potential illness before it exposed,and cure it not by medicine.

I prefer wearing white coloured clothes.It is a very soothing colour and it suits me the best...I also feel comfortable wearing white coloured cotton clothes during the summers.I feel very comfortable with it.
