What are the truths you know about reincarnation ?

In sanscrit we call it as "punarjanma" As all of us know Vishnu took Dashavatara to protect the world from vanishing; There are lot of puranas and books which say man will have seven janmas; Those who referred lot of books about this topic please give ur opinions

I dont believe in reincarnation as in we have mulitple lives. I believe you have 1 life on eart, and after that you go to heaven or hell.
