how much compensation can a college-degree holder expect in an internship (in a private equity)

Interns are the slaves of the company they work for, at least here in the United States where I live. They do all the grunt work that regular employees are "too good" for. Interns, if paid, are paid minimally, usually 75% or so of a standard entry level employee.

We don't now! I think you have to experience it or ask someone with internship experience. Also I think internship is free.The benefits is only to learn and apply their skills and knowledge until they get hired.

i'm responding to this because i don't know either!! and on an internship application, one of the questions asked "how much do you expect for salary?"
