Can you make me a personal prayer?

can you make me a personal prayer that includes the ACTS method? becuase I will pray this to my class tomorrow....
ACTS means:
A- Adoration
C- Contrition
T- Thanksgiving
S- Supplication
I want the prayer for Opening and Closing... thnx in advance!

i will not pray personally.. but when i went to temple or churches i will pray.. but i am a most devotee of god.. i will pray many times a day... praying makes to feel from worries and sorrows....
