New diet guidelines

Newest study on diet for good health and longevity according to Good Morning America this morning is 5 items: 2 Cups Vegetables per day, 1/4 cup dried beans per week, fruits and nuts 1-1/2 Cup per day, heavy on the fruit, olive oil 3 Tabs daily, and one glass wine which is drunk with the meal each day. Can you live with this diet, is is anywhere close to what you eat now?
