Password - I need help!

I bought a used desk top from a guy about a year ago. It works great but it has one problem. To access some sites like a poker site or certain MSN sites for some reason it has a password. Long story short is I do not know the password nor does the previous owner. However there is a hint question "A what watch?" I could use your help as to possible answer to this question. I have tried different brands of watches - no luck! I have tried first watch, fire watch, bay watch, watch tower,and last watch. Again no luck. Can you help me?

There might be some parental control software installed and these kind of softwares cannot be removed easily you will have to format you c: drive and reinstall windows on your computer. And I dont understand what is that hint question related to.

Sometimes different sites will ask you a hint question which helps you remember your password. That's all it is. This relates to the windows internet explorer. It's call content adviser. If I can answer that question then I can change it. I have been working on computers since the mid 70's and I know I could use a lock pick program but I thought it would be fun to do it this way first.
