Do you ride when the weather is lousy?

I will ride through a drizzle but I usually avoid rain because I can't look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards when I get to work. I don't have good rain gear and I really don't like being cold and wet. I do ride in snow though as long as it isn't so deep that I'm floundering in it or the visibility creates danger of getting run over. As long as the roads are basically clear and the temperature is about -25C. My gear doesn't keep my feet warm enough when it gets colder than that. What are your weather limits?
