This is more emotional and less rational. More than anything else it reflects the cowardice of a nation to assert its collective will in utter fear of the imagined strength of GMA. All the signs point to GMA having very slim chances of pulling off magic stunt and remain in power after her term ends on June 30, 2010. Just analyze with cold blooded, non emotional logic the GMA regime and you cannot find the basis for even considering it a stable government much less a strong one.

of course that is not true. i just don't understand why people so paranoid and think things up all bad scenario in the future. there is nothing arroyo can do to stay in power and so i am not worried at all. arroyo is not that powerful and does not have the support of the people. if marcos was toppled off his position why do you think that arroyo can hold on to his position after his presidency has ended. what i am worried is if the next president will be different or can do any difference in our country. like our country is going nowhere and just going in circle and stay in the same status we are in now since decades ago.

i am not that paranoid since i perfectly understand the provision of the law providing the guidelines on how our constitution be amended. we have a bicameral legislative system, and one provision states that in the event the manner of amending the constitution be a con-con both chamber have to vote. since the senate will never allow this amendments files by majority of the congressman , this will not push through. one cannot have the other with the other one. what worries me is the fact that this coming election is a ceremonial replacement of a corrupt leaders to the existing corrupt ones.

That is her option. We can't do anything about that, my friend. If she is not MalacaƱang, why don't we go to that palace and force her to leave. I think is the right time for us act in behalf of the Filipino people and for the next generations. We cannot afford how this government administer us. They always right on what they are is wrong...Do you want her to stay in power again?

Well that may happen if they are that paranoid that their candidates will not win in the coming elections. I am thinking that their popularity will further deteriorate if they choose this choice. Well for now this has always been the trend that has been going around even at the time of Ramos administration. I think this will make things more unstable as it will give them more time.

imagine running for congress after her term? Truly this unpredictable ferdinand marcos female version will do everything for power. for us having the highest post and stepping down to maintain the power is illogical thinking but not to the female version of ferdinand marcos because she still hopes cha cha can survived? how logical pathetic kind of thinking! the only difference Ferdinand marcos is very intelligent compare to GMA. how i wish Villa Estrella's bothered soul will transfer to the rivers of malacanang. remember the TAG LINE ' no one goes out after entering Villa Estrala' ahahahaha
