PANFILO LACSON: paid to run for presidency a truth?

i guess this was not true. he already planned for this long time ago, i just hope that he will also run for presidency this 2010 because i will still vote for him although we are hearing lots of bad things about lacson i still believe that he could be a good leader because he could be tough and kind hearted as well. he was already in the military and can have the control to our country. i really hope that he will run to have changes in our country.

Really? I think of him as really an oppositionist. Will he go down to that level and sell his soul for money?. Well , we really do not know which of our politicians are real people. We will just pray that there will be an election in 2010 and the winner is a president that is for the people's welfare.

Hi rodelbulan! With the way Panpilo Lacson are behaving this days, I believe that he is a pro-administration Senator masquerading as an opposition. He is always the first to hit at the Arroyo family and administration, accusing them of almost everything but failing to directly connect them to this crime and show evidence that will Let me think about it, he still pursue and run in the 2004 presidential election even if the survey showed he could not win it. I think the administration is holding something that makes Panpilo Lacson shut his mouth and follow whatever they wanted him to do. Does it have to do with the Dacer murder case? I heard that as a rumor many years ago and still it still haunts him to this day. Well I do not have enough evidences to prove that allegations but with the way he handles his affairs with the administration and the opposition is indeed shady. When Erap had failed he sided with the Arroyo then after that he run as opposition senator against the Arroyo then tried to pin him down with weak links that is why his expose is always put down immediately by technicalities. When the presidential election came he did lost again obviously but had pulled many votes down from the opposition votes since the opposition did not unite solidly. This time he announced that he is not interested anymore since there is not enough funds to make him run for the post anymore. I wonder why maybe because he did not get any funds from the Admin anymore? The rumor still mystifies many of us.

It could certainly be true and I wouldn't be surprised at what the administration would do just to ensure their victory at the polls. And it really is intriguing as how Panfilo Lacson who had every intent and purpose to run for the next election suddenly back out of the presidential race?
