My friend has a large almond tree which produces about 150 kilos of almonds, I really need some idea of what to do with them when they are ready, I've only ever bought almond slices which you add to cakes or things but never actually tackled fresh ones, anyone got any tips so I can use them in a variety of ways?

I make a wonderful almonds appetizer for people who like garlic.
I crush garlic and mix it with honey. I por the almonds and fry them. After that, I let them dry on a stove over and aluminum plate. They are delicious!
