How to verify paypal account ?

Hi,
I'm from INDIA and I have a personal paypal account which I want to verify but I do not have an credit card. I tried to verify with my debit card today but it did not work. Does any Indian mylotter know how to verify paypal account without using credit card.

Yes I have heard about the virtual credit card option but some people say that it is illegal and if paypal comes to know about it then they can ban you or cancel your account. That is what I have heard from some people.

its not a good practice aditya..what if you have 5000 dollars and paypal comes to know you cheated.you might lose the money..think 10 times before cheating a site like paypal..its like cheating a real bank..
and sona you cannot post links to another mylot discussion..against mylot rules..

have you added a bank account there? start with that..atleast you can transfer money to you r bank then..i have not verified it ie to uplift the 450 dollar something monthly transaction cuz i dont need it..you will need a credit card as set by paypal to be verified..why do you want to do it btw?

No I have not added my bank account details yet on paypal but I will do it soon. I want to verify my paypal account because some sites like trekpay accept only verified paypal accounts.

Inform me if you get paid by trekpay even when you do not have an verified paypal account.

I am also experiencing the same problem with paypal. My debit is not accepted by paypal and they are advising me to contact the card issuing bank. But if I contact them, they used to tell that there is no problem with the debit card. But we can verify with the debit card itself and I think that we should make some online transaction with our card to get it activated. As I want to withdraw the fund from PayPal, I should do it very soon. If I am successful in that, I will let you know the procedure. But I will do it with my debit card only and I will not go for the credit cards.

Coincidently, I had that problem when I tried verifying it with my Debit card. I need to verify my account to enable payout in trekpay.
It gave some error "The Bank which issued this credit card has denied..."
Even I am curious to know if there's some way out with these debit cards.
I think we are mistaken with that 3-digit CVV.

I got exactly the same message when I tried to verify by using debit card. I also want to verify my account so that I can get payment from trekpay. I hope that someone may know how to verify without credit card.
