Windows 7 .. Ultimate! What type of operating system do you have?

We just began using Windows 7! With its Aero design it has got to be
the best Windows yet! I Love the features that come with this ..its like Vista on steroids! I've tried and used quite a few, being I work online with
online stores, I'm always on the net. Vista was good, XP I loved,98 was great..but This Ultimate version of Windows 7 rocks! Anyone else using this? What system do you like the best?Suzy

oh aandsdirect would you believe I am still using windows
2000, wow 2007 sounds just wonderful but cannot affort the
change my son is w orking on getting up to 2004 at least as
I am on timewarner with the road runner and need more speed
which my 2000 just doesnt do.I would love to get the 2007 windows hear it really is just great. we shall see.

You can get it FREE! It is a release candidate..and still available until Aug 20th for anyone to download. Then unfortunatly (in march the "free" will go away) we will all have to buy it! lol (but I'm hooked..and I'm sure I will with my income tax refund..if I get one..lol) Here is where you can get it: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/download.aspx I promise.. I am using Windows 7. I dont like it. I havn't did a new install yet. Looks like its the same in speed. I like XP.

Sorry you do not like it. Each persons views are important. Windows 7 has alot of changes to get use to. Have you played with all the features? I'm hooked!
Especially..if you have more than 1 page up.. grab the one you want with your mouse.."shake" the page and all the rest fall off! . (shake again and they appear!) LOL I know ..a parlor trick for MS. But thats only one little fun (yet convenient) thing about it. As I said.. I loved xp. Never thought I would leave it.. Vista was good..but this operating system is like Vista on Steroids..to me.

Yes, and I am a great fan of Windows 7 already.
It appears to be the operating system that Vista was intended to be, and without the many flaws that Vista still possesses.
I have used several Windows versios and quite a few linux distributions to date, but I look forward to the official release of Windows 7 later this year.

I beleive the official release is March 2010. Nice thing is .. we can use for free until them :)
