replace the king of pop?

I think he can't be replaced, and I don't say this because I am a fan o I love his music.
I think that nowadays there are so many pop singers and groups with good and bad stuff, but they satisfy different kind of people.
Some of us like one artist and some another, and in the time of michael jackson's kingdom there was no such competition and variety!
