***Wow, Farrah and Michael Both Gone***

How sad to see these people leave our lives at such an early age. I'm still in shock. Farrah was 62 and Michael was 50,..just unbelievable. And Farrah unfortunately did not get her wish. She did not want to die of Cancer but it took her anyway. I was so hoping she could fight it off and give everyone a little more hope that this deadly disease could be beaten. She was a fighter and gave it her all. What I find so strange is that a few years ago, every news channel had nothing good to say about Michael Jackson. Nothing. Now all of a sudden he was the best, couldn't be beat, just wonderful, top notch, an American Icon. I hate the news, it's such a bunch of crap already. Now he's dead, and he's our American Hero. I didn't hear this a few years ago. I always liked him and never thought he did the abuse thing, but, I might be wrong but kids can be talked into saying anything. Maybe I didn't want to believe it, or maybe, just maybe, the news crucified him all the way. What are your thoughts on this?

I thought Michael needed a keeper. I don't know, and don't really care if he did it with little boys. I do think he should've had someone taking care of him so he didn't put himself under the knife (like he NEVER had any surgery). Okay, maybe a few of the early ones, but the constant carving is probably what hurt his heart in the first place.

Hi ElicBxn, you could be right. That's a good point, maybe he should have had a keeper of some sorts. He was always doing some sort of surgery, and I guess it could have affected his heart in some way. All I know is, I don't believe everything that's on the news or in the papers. I just make up my own mind.

totally agree with you. they have said so many things negative about him when he was alive and not like they were saying that those allegations were just pure lies and now they are believing as a good person. that was just so incredible that they suddenly changed they see michael huh. i was totally pissed off by the way they treat. and i do think that it is not good to be that popular or be in that level as michael cause every thing gets magnified. every small event become a totally big news and they will just make it more than what it really is.

I agree, when you're well known, everything is magnified. Many lawsuits were filed because of the media giving false allegations. I guess you just have to make up your own mind today. I just don't believe everything I read or hear.

All we know is what they feed us....and having been interviewed a few times I know how they embellish things....I am not sure about the molesting charges either...someone with that much money is a target by anyone who needs a few bucks....and kids can be easily talked into anything....It's a shame they both passed on the same day....may they both rest in peace.

You're right. All we know is what they feed us and all we can do is make up our own minds. They'll both be missed by many people I'm sure. Thanks hon.

I think the media loved all the controversy that was going on with Michael and capitalized on it of course to increase their ratings. In that way the media can be very cruel and they don't care about the damage they are doing to people's lives. He is a hero now because they can no longer "play" with him. There will be nothing new to talk about because he is not here to create anymore controversy. It is sad that he had to die in order to get any peace. I wish he would have had the opportunity to accomplish his career comeback. He certainly deserved the chance. As far as Farrah, she was truly a fighter and I admired her during her acting career. I always thought she was a very beautiful and talented actress and always had such a youthful and wholesome look about her. Both of these extremely talented people will be greatly missed.

Oh, here's your other post and I see you mention Farrah in this one. Yes, a fighter she was completely and fully until the end. Bless her soul and I hope she finds some peace now. She was very beautiful and had a wonderful career. I'm sure everyone will remember her with much admiration.

Oops, you posted twice. I completely agree with you, the media takes whatever and runs with it, making much more out of it. They can be a very cruel bunch just for ratings, especially if you're in the lime light. I really would have like to see the comeback because he was very much admired regardless of all the animosity that was put upon him, people still loved him.

Yes, well Farrah was a very beautiful lady and much admired by everyone. And Michael the same but of course the news media can be extremely cruel and miserable with celebrities. This is why I don't believe much of what they say until it is totally confirmed. They attack anyone that's worth talking about just for the ratings. So sad.
