It all depends on if I am working or off that day. If I'm at work I usually don't spend anything. I'm a manager in a restaurant so my food is free, I fill my car up on Fri. Now when I'm off it's an entirely different story. I have 3 days off a week and at least one of them we spend at stores Looking. LOL, yea right, thats the plan but we always end up spending. This past Tues. we spent 100.00 on some beautiful lamps. I probably don't want to keep a record of my spending. I would probably freak out.

hmmm. Yeah before I list down all my expenses everyday but it's really funny for me because the purpose of money is to spend. Now, since I know how much I need for my daily expenses I didn't monitor the cash out. The important for me is I've learned how to spend my money in a right manner, I know now how to control myself. I am a full time housewife and a mother. Basically, I'll make sure that I have $25 cash everyday in my wallet that's too small amount of money but that's only for emergency. I have stocks of food in my refrigerator, I do groceries and market every weekend. So almost $25 cash goes to my savings. I had estimated overhead expenses for a month so I don't think now that I need to record all my expenses. Happy myloting!

I don't like to spending my money for useless thing. I spend at least $3 to $5 daily. The most spend is for my daily meals. But in certain time, i can spend only $2 in a day. Nowadays we should save as much as money we can since the global crisis. We all are facing uncertain future now. So saving more money for future plan is highly suggested. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I was doing it once. But now, I follow some other system. I just make a list of probable expenses every month and allot funds for each item. I have made a cash chest with drawers for this. So I split the money and keep in every drawer of the chest. On each drawer, I've written the item of expense. (I have a separate drawer in the chest named 'Miscellaneous' and any unforeseen items are met from this funds) This way, I could save around 1% or 2% of my monthly budget. I'm constantly trying to improve, but not successful so far.

I spend very little each day. I don't have a job, so I don't spend money if I don't have to. I started an excel spreadsheet a couple months ago, but I haven't used it. Since I spend very little it's easy to keep up with my finances.
