How many of u are OBESE, and what u do for it.

Just wanted to know what can be done .. Nowadys obesity is such a big problem. Lots n lots of people are getting obese or have a tendency towards obesity. Apart from not looking god, it creates a lot of medical problems too. High BP, sugar High colestrol are to name a few. What you all do to keep yourself away from it...

i am thin and want to increase in size, i always eat foods could make me fat, coca cola, chocolates, candies all sweets, i love to eat vegetables and meat, i love to eat rice 2 cups or more, milk and coffee i used to sip at night, i sleep more than 6 to 8 hours but things didn't make me change, yes i used to ask from chubby friends, how my size increase, being obese is unhealthy but i found myse wondering how they'd the size don't decrease!

I think we should control our consumption. Especially on the night time. People who usually having supper got highly obese probability. We should make a list of which good and which bad for supper menu. Also, on daytime, we should decreasing calories as much as we can. Obesity is not only women's problem, but it could harm men's health too. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
