bitter experience with customer service

hi mylot friends,
I have not understand which customer service i have to put before you, firstly i will put consumer durable customer service,i have heard about very bad customer service offered by some multinational companies, but mistake is only selection of person for their customer service, i have faced bitter experience with one service technician ,he has served 7 to 8 companies, but he has never changed his attitude and doing not justice neither to the company nor to the customer, only god will save the company those who have selected the such technician for their service

thank you very much, In some of the developing countries, the customer service not up to the point, even though india has developed to an extent, the services were in still inits infancy. so, I think it may take some more 50 years, then it may be seen worthy. so do not comment, it will reflect very bad.
