How long does it take to reach minimum payout in Kontera?

I am very surprised to see instant approval for Kontera. I have read that Kontera is quite stringent in admitting publisher. I use my Hubpage profile page instead of my blog to apply for the Kontera account. Fortunately we can use Kontera and Google Adsense together, since these two are entirely different in nature, nobody can possibly mix them up. I read somewhere that the minimum payout is $100. For current Kontera users, how long does it take for you to reach minimum payout? What is the payment method?
