Why does it sound so serious when mylot asks you whether or not your a U.S citizen or not? It's all written in red and I don't understand what they mean? I'm not a U.S. citizen so of course i clicked no, but what are they trying to say?

Online is no diferent to offline even though many have still not understood that. MyLot is a business and it is based in US and has offices and is run by humans who have to abide by the laws of their country. They have responsabilities just as any business has and we, the users have them too. That part in red is talking about tax which should be paid on earnings if you are a US resident. In every country we have tax laws and they will be different in every location.

Ahhh - I never noticed! It seems like something that's just asked on a regular basis (for US Citizens, that is). There are some things that you can and cannot do as a US Citizen compared to someone who is US Resident. The whole taxing thing could possibly be another reason - however, since most of us don't make any more than $200.00 in here (anyone making that much in mylot? let us know!), they don't tax us. It's not considered a "job" in that way. So there shouldn't be taxes involved.
