Are your life is driven by resentment and anger?

Many people are driven by resentment and anger. They hold on to hurts and never get over them. Instead of releasing their pain through forgiveness, they rehearse it over and over in their minds. Remember to worry yourself to death with resentment and anger would be a foolish, senseless thing to do.

I blow my top, and then I tell myself that I have a good life, and I don't need to let anything interfere in it. Anger is perfectly healthy as long as it's under control; resentment is a pointless exercise and will only lead to bitterness. It's okay to vent, as long as it's a short, to the point vent and not a protracted tirade against everyone and everything.

Very true, living your life with anger will be a senseless thing to do. Better to change the routine before its getting worse. God bless!
