moment of quite

I have experienced this one many times but the best part was when I was at the beach and started my day by seeing the sunrise it was breath taking and all the things around you come to life just so perfect and I had started my day right and could not erase that in my mind ....

Yes savypat I have experience of quite and calm Earth. It may be early in the morning or deep night.The quietness of earth you can feel better in a village or countryside.You can feel the vastness of the earth,the universe.The stars are twinkling,you can see flying objects are moving from here to there.In a word 'Wonderful'.

I am up before dawn every day and I agree that is the best part of the day! I love the quiet and stillness, the stars and the silence. I am a morning person and I do my best work during the early hours. I usually spend the time doing chores and that hour of the morning sends me in an almost meditative state.

Once when a friend and I were trying to arrange a walk together, we found it impossible to fit into our normal day. So we decided to go early morning. We met at 5 am to drive out into the country a short way and then take our walk. I do agree with you. It was wonderful start to my day.

I know how you feel, I've been such situation before. It just like we are alone in this universe, and we realize how big and vast the universe we live in and suddenly we feel very small like a spike of dust and we could understand how beautiful the world we live in and how lucky we are. BR.b

many times, when i could not sleep and i dont know what else to do, i go out of the veranda and watch the sky.. so quiet and everything still.. like am the only one moving around. it feels sad, and lonely but a amazingly a beautiful moment to reminisce.

Yes, I've witnessed the pre-dawn quiet and it is amazing. We have frogs down here who sound like robots and owls who hoot which we normally hear late into the night but just before dawn even they quiet down and there is nothing but silence.

yeah mother earth really takes a break at the start of the dawn.... i love the atmosphere when the sun starts to rise, it's wonderful and refreshing to start a day with watching the blue turn to orange and then it's morning.
