Have you ever been frustrated? Check out these tips and see how they can help you. Tip #1: Do you feel frustrated? Do you know why? One reason might be that you have aptitudes that are not being used or properly expressed. Learn what you are good at, and work at it. When you are good at something, you are not usually frustrated in those areas. If you still find yourself frustrated or restless, find something else to be good at. Keep learning, keep trying, keep living, because after all, frustration and restlessness are just ways of expressing yourself. Don't express the expressions that don't get you where you want to go. Express yourself in ways that help you enjoy life! Tip #2: Do you know what frustration is? In *Awaken The Giant Within,* Anthony Robbins says frustration is an exciting signal and that it's a positive sign. Frustration means your brain believes you could be doing better than you currently are, although you are probably on the right track. So the next time you are frustrated, why not smile and change something? Remember, the solution is within range, you just haven't found it yet. You are close, just keep going. Good luck! Tip #3: Are you frustrated right now? Think for a moment. If you were frustrated right now, what would happen if you smiled? OK. Check it out. Smile and see. It didn't change what happened to make you frustrated, did it? No. But for a nanosecond you felt better. Now . . . which would you rather feel? Frustrated or happy? You've just shown yourself that you can be frustrated and still feel happy -- or if not happy, then at least different. If you spent more time smiling, you'd spend less time feeling frustrated. If you are frustrated, it impedes your progress with what you were working on -- which causes more frustration. Why not smile?
