anybody wana learn Chinese

hi,I am a new beginner on mylot.Actually,i am not good at English,so i try to find somebody who speaks English as mother language and make friends if i have this honor.

hi, ni hao! i'd love to learn chinese..i've always wanted to learn mandarin because i kind of like to watch mandarin series and also listen to some of the songs

As far as i am concerned its very good to know a couple of extra languages.It broadens your spectrum ans view.
I like to learn Chinese but i heard that its quite a hard language to master.Also is it true that since Chinese is not based on phonetics the pronunciation is very different in different parts??
I am from India and so my first language is not English but i don't think my English is not that bad either.

Currently i am learning French from there.Its really good site.You dont have to begin learning from the beginning.You can start with your level of knowledge.
Just give it a go.You will definitely find it interesting and more importantly very useful.
