Facebook's Mafia Wars

How many mafia members do you have? I need to figure out how to get more! I am tired of getting attacked by people with way more mafia helpers than I have. It doesn't seem fair. They should have to pick on someone their own size! Where is the fun or the challenge in beating up on someone who is just starting and trying to learn what to do? That is like a high schooler beating up a first grader. I have come close to quitting a few times already.
