My ISP connection or myLot slow?

I am having a terrible time trying to start or respond to discussions here on myLot this Sunday morning. Everything I type seems to lag, be so slow and really take a long time to post. I am wondering if there are just a lot of people using myLot right now or is the problem with my ISP? This is very frustrating and time consuming. I do not think the same thing is happening when I do my PTCs? Any commends?

Normally i think is the mylot servers are a bit low..so you hcan have difficult activities here due to the slow connection on mylot sites...so if you have not experienced in other sites and so just i mylot normally is bebacuse mylot site is low..probably because many people here have good activities at the same time so the server to handle all request should result a bit slow!!usually when you have a cable connection or ven isdn and some connections from different providers like that should result almost good to surf and so not really slow!!!

Yep, I think there are a lot of people using myLot, especially on the weekends. It is later on Sunday evening now and things seem back to normal. We have a cable connection and I also restarted my computer a couple of times. My husband was going to reset the connection but I figured it was probably just a lot of traffic, and judging from the way it is now, I think I was right. I appreciate your help.

sometimes it gets slow on me too. but, here lately my internet connection has been out of whack. so, it's going to be slower than it's ever been before now than ever.
but, sometime mylot does get slow. and that's because that there are people siging
into the site. sometimes this happens. so, don't worry! IT"S ALL GOOD!!!

I haven't really noticed (probably because I don't think I've posted anything today). I'll use this post to check on the speed from here.

Well, it wasn't super fast, but it didn't seem to be any slower than usual. Could be your ISP, or your computer. A friend of mine keeps telling me that I send him messages from the future, according to the time stamp. He lives a couple blocks away.

Hi Barbara, thank you for taking the time to check things out. It is later on Sunday now and things seem back to normal. I guess being that it is the weekend there must be a lot more people using myLot. I work nights and sometimes go to myLot at night where I don't seem to have as much trouble. I guess it is funny how the Internet works, sometimes is is a superhighway, other times a plain old traffic jam. I guess if you pick the right time to be on the internet, you will have less of a headache jumping around from site to site.
