Do you have a daily routine and does it make you upset when your routine is interupted? I do have apretty set routine. M-F I get up and go to work, come home, cook dinner, clean up and helpw ith homework or whatever needs to be done. On the weekends I get to sleep in and get up whenever my eyes open (if I dont fall back to sleep)...these days are reserved for laundry and deep house cleaning and going out IF we have the extra money...spending time with family, etc. What are your daily routines if you have any or do you just "wing it" and see what the days bring?? Happy MyLotting!

Hey, Well my daily routine is basically just waking up, posting a few discussions on myLot, having breakfast and then surfing the Internet or something that will not make me bored for the rest of the day. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Due to asperger's routine is extremely important to me. I follow a routine every day. Get up at the same time, eat the same exact breakfast, get to work at the exact same time, take the same route, etc. If my routine changes I can do okay but

My routines during the week are pretty set. I get up at 5:15 sometimes hit the snooze a few times though. Then jump in the shower. I get dressed for work. I make my lunch. I take all my work stuff to my car. Then I set out clothes for my son. I go and prepare him a sippy because when he wakes he is thirsty. I wake him up around 6:35 give or take. I get him dressed and then I am out the door. I get him to daycare usually around 7:05 or 7:10. I go to work. I get to work about 7:20 give or take. I sit in my car for about five or ten minutes then procede to work. I get off usually around 1:30 but sometimes i work longer to add extra hours if i can or shorter if I or my son is sick. Then some days I will go by the gym for a quick cardio work out. Then I pick my son up and go home. Some days I go to the store. Then the evening consist of watching cartoons and maybe watching a show i like. Bathtime followed by lights out and in bed no later then nine. All to be repeated the next day. Weekend are never the same for me.

Yes, I do have a daily routine. I go to work every Monday to Saturday then I either go shopping or stay at home on Sundays after going to church. My morning consists of getting up, breakfast, workout, bath and preparations for work while I go online every night.

Daily routine it is important when it is being plan. Planning you can save lots of time. Daily goals are good. Goal or task plan that are written is great. A dull pencil is better than sharp mind.

hello countrysun2sea, Since I'm the husband, my daily routine is to go to work six days a week. And my shift changes monthly. After going to work, I don't need to worry with the household chores for my wife will take care of that. Cleaning the car is my responsibility. Bringing the kids in school is mine too that is if I'm in day shift other than that they will go ride a taxi or a jeepney whatever is available. I also help clean the house if I go home early when I'm on night shift since I sleep after lunch.

I don't have a regular job as I quit my job before the economy got really bad and now can't find another one. In any case, when I did have a regular job, well, before my last regular job... I would get very upset if my schedule had been broken as I was used to going in at certain times etc, and doing certain things such as going out to eat, etc. The last job I had didn't leave much room for anything at all, hence why I quit, plus I moved to another county and didn't drive, so my fiance would have had to take me to work, and it'd just be too much of a hassle... lol. In any case, now though I don't have much of a schedule so unless I am enthralled with online money making, I don't mind having my routine broken.

I think my daily routine is almost the same fore the weekdays and I only have time for rest during weekends.Weekdays I would be waking up as early as 6 to prepare for my tutoring materials for teaching in the afternoon. At 8 I would get ready and cook a light meal for my lunch and then leave for classes until 12 where I eat my lunch and then head over to work that is tutoring until around 5 in the evening and then head over to the park for a jog until sun sets and rush home to bath and cooks dinner and seats down and watch my favourite show while enjoying my dinner.By 9 I would be doing my revisions and then head to bed at 12.And so it repeats daily.

Yes, I do have a daily routine but only during weekdays. And yes, I do get upset if this routine gets broken. I am such an orderly person who likes planning things in advance. I don't like surprises that destroys or distorts my well-made plans. For my daily weekday routine, I get up, go to work, come home, eat dinner, take a shower, then surf the internet for two to three hours. Then after a few minutes, I go to sleep. Weekends are more unplanned for me. I simply reserve my Saturdays with my friends and Sundays with my friends. I don't plan what to do during weekends.

For the most part, I do have a routine, get up before 9:00a.m., pick up the house, get dressed, do whatever projects that I have started, eat lunch, finish the projects, do errands if needed, and back home for supper; I usually sit and relax around 8:00 p.m. for the evening. The only time I would get upset at an interruption of my routine, is when something bad happens, like a flat tire, having to return to the store because I forget something, having to go out in the evening and returning after 9:00. I don't like bad things to happen, and I don't like change....and I need my relaxation in the evening. I will leave a party just to make sure I am home by 9:00 to relax.

My daily routine would be upon waking up, prepare breakfast, then clean the dishes. And then after that, I would check emails. I would do a little every day cleaning and then prepare already the food for lunch. Sometimes, the routine gets boring. What I would do is to get myself into a different environment to refresh myself. It helps to get focused again.
