What is your favorite breafast?

It's breakfast time again. I'm so lazy to think and prepare for my food. Do you have any suggestions? What is the best breakfast you can recommend?

My favorite breakfasts are pizza and enchilladas! But on the "usual" breakfast circuit.. I make my own sausage sandwiches... I use a roll of Pilsbury biscuits (10 in a tube) and a pound of sausage in the roll so I can just slice 10 patties very easily and uniformally and then assemble... open the biscuits, add a tablespoon of salsa, a square of cheese, the sausage patty andother square of chees and the top biscuit. I then freeze them (I make about 2 dozen at a time) and for breakfast.. I take on out, wrap it in a napkin, nuke it for 45 seconds and it is the best ever!!! I really have to watch it tho.. I will eat them all day long!!

Well, I feel lazy too so the best and quickest for me has to be oats in milk. I add chopped bananas and crushed almonds in it to make it healthier. One medium sized bowl of oats prepared this way is enough to see me thru lunch time…and its so fast to make too…just 5 minutes on the gas.

I like to have some light foods in the morning.I take some bread toast or some oven items. But i take one cup of fresh juice in the morning this will make me active.

Hm, if you wish to prepare something quickly and that is healthy, I recommend toast with peanut butter and a glass of juice. Yogurt and fruit is another fast option, or if you have it where you live, Instant Breakfast is great. Just dump the contents of the little packet into a glass, add milk, and stir. I love the chocolate and vanilla flavors best. :D Happy eating! Karen

Hi Dear This is kinger here, I beleive that no one is much sluggish then me because i also have a nature to wake up late in the morning and then eat fast and healthy breakfast in an hurry way so i daily talke Kaloge corn flakes with one glass of cold milk it makes u healthy and it's also good for ur health and doesn't take so much time to make it.

like you im mostly lazy when it comes to preparing breakfast. so most of the time its sandwich and cereals but as for your question, my favorite, well that would be fried rice and dried fish. champion!

suggestion: 1.drink a cup of vinegar of apple into empty stomach first after get up in th morning, can promote the stomach digestion. 2.eat an egg or two slices of bread, then drink a cup of milk(please make sure not drink the milk into an empty stomach), take some fruit or drink some fruit juice(recommend the fresh squeezed juice, the fruit juice of the beverage type is not so good). 3.now we can have the nutriments that we need in this way, such as the protein,vitamin, calcium
