Do the AdPaid offers REALLY pay?

Hey all, I joined AdPaid almost 2 months ago and only did the PTC and daily surveys. Recently, I had paid emails sent to me that I would earn $XXX for completing the offer. I completed the offers so I should have an additional $x.xx added to my account and it hasn't been applied to my account. SO, my question is does anyone else do AdPaid offers? and if so, how long does it take for the offer to go through? Thanks, Fran429
