trafficnowfire... how does it work?

I signed up for TrafficNowFire a while back but I still don't understand it. I get that you click on ads & vote it 'yay' or 'nay' and you get points for it. But I can't see anywhere HOW many points I've accumulated and how do I turn my points into cash. Or, anyother things I should know about TrafficNowFire so I don't feel like I'm wasting my time there.
