I am happy to get instant payout from NEOBUX via paypal. I requested cash out for &2.03 and they paid me $1.99. I wish to upgrade my account the NEOBUX required me rent referrals at least twice. I would like to enquire is it worth to rent 100 referrals for $25? Can i earn back my money after rent referral? Is there anyone had paid for rent referrals? I will pay if it is worth
