water enriched foods...

usually i charge people for this info, but i thought i'd share it with you all...we're talking about fruit for breakfast, and forgetting oats and dry cereal for now...after about 4-5 peices, hopefully you've made it till lunch...the real kicker is yogurt, followed by a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and a glass of water...maybe a couple cookies on the side...you can choose to mix it up with a salad or 2 during the afternoon...there are studies shown this can prolong heart life, and give you more energy, both physically and mental.
