My friends want to get me started playing WarHammer 40k. They say its an amazing game, and i would be really into it. I wan to play but is it really worth all the money and whats a good starting army?

if you like stagety games then you might like warhammer 40k but it is costly and time consuming. but if your up for it i agree with clutterbug try eBay for some deals.

My husband says it is not worth the investment. It is a fun game, but between the hours spent painting and the money spent buying, it is a losing proposition. He says if you want to try it, look on Ebay for some deals.
