How often do you spend time with your mom??

I was just curious, as I just got home with my kids from having lunch with my mother. I am married and have a house and 2 kids and I still see my mom at least twice a week. We do lunch at least once a week and we have a playdate with several aunts and cousins once a week during the summer vacation. 
So this got me thinking, how often do you spend time with your mom? Do you make special time to have lunch with her, or do you go shopping once a month.. or do you have dinner with her and the family once a month?? just curious!!

I rarely spend time with my mom anymore she is busy and I too am when she is awake I am sleeping and when i woke up she is at work and when she arrive from work she will eat then sleep.... so you see this is our everyday cycle well thats what they called life lol

I understand that....life is crazy sometimes!! Even lately even though I see my mom at least twice a week, I have been so busy and havent had time to get on the computer... life just gets so busy sometimes!!!

no problem my friend you know whats more ironic , i got to spend more time in mylot than being with my mom 
and to think we live in the same house the two of us alone different rooms though lol

I was never close to my mom thus I hardly go out for lunch just the two of us. Its difficult to explain the relationship I have with my mom but I love her no doubt about that. I honestly would rather go out for lunch with my dad or brothers but just not my mom. Whenever we talk about things I always feel that she has something bad to say about it thus I would rather not talk to her. It is sad I know but it just so happens we are not the mother and daughter tandem that everybody has.

oh I have friends who have relationships like that... it is not that uncommon... but at least you are close to your dad and brothers... I have a brother and we are not that close and we only see each other a couple times a yr... that is sad really but we just have different lives.

I am staying in another city from my parents with my husband, as both of us are working here. I go back to my hometown at least once a month, to visit our parents in our hometown. We always have either breakfast, lunch or dinner together. As now I have two families, my own one and my husband's one, so we need to spend time with both families accordingly.

It is great that you get the time to spend with them when you can... that is what is important. I get to see my mom at least twice a week, but there have been times when I have gone a week or two with out seeing her and life gets very busy with school schedules, working on the house and everyday running around...LOL but we do get to have lunch at least once a month.

I do not often meet with my mother, after I married. our house a little far. I would like to take the time to the mother, but there is always only obstruction. my mother often came to my home, look in my child. sad I can not take the time to my mother. I will strive to spend time.
