isn't it better tuloy ang saya! LOL even if i am allowed to vote in the upcoming election, i will abstain my right because one i didn't register and two i don't believe in the elections. My brother was a victim of election misshandling of some sort. they have sent a letter informing that my brother didn't vote in the last 2 elections. but alas he did vote.

Some government officials are just making excuses so that they can still stay in position for who knows what is their main reason. For me, officials who disagree in automation voting, means that there is a possibility that they will do cheating. We all know that manual voting takes a long time and what's worse they make a lot of fuses about cheating, which it happened a lot for the past few years. Although, automation voting has its own disadvantages, but this will prevent less cheating, unless someone from the inside is paid that he can do the cheating thing. Filipinos shouldn't be driven to money, because once you or they are, you are just the same as the corrupt officials.

i agree with you. automated voting should already be implemented, how are we going to know if there will be cheating in this type of election unless we try. when will philippines moved on? they were saying that automation should be started but every time the election is near they are the one who is stopping it as well.
