Although some of the money is being paid back, it is not clear exactly where that money is going to, because the money obv wasn't being missed if it was being giving away for stupid things like a duck house. I think the money should be given to people who really need it at this time. e.g. people made redundant because of the recession, yes ok, some of it is our fault for not repaying back credit on time etc, however that is the creditors problem of being greedy in thinking about the profits they can gain.
