Hello friends, I am happy to share that I along with my college friends are heading to Pokhara right after an hour from this time. Pokhara is the nice place of Nepal that is especially famous for the lakes and I love to boat in lakes. The famous lakes of Pokhara are Rapa Lake, Phewa Lake, Begnas lake. I am so excited. I had been there before 3 years too and the memories are still fresh in my mind. Those scenes are calling me again huh... Actually we are going for some industrial visits that are situated there in the course of our engineering course. But there is really more than that.... So everyone, I wont be here for three days. And I will miss mylot and my mylot friends these days. Everyone happy mylotting...

Wow, that's nice, I wish I can go to Pokhara too, and after that, hike from Pokhara to the heart of the Annapurna mountain. Three days are rather short, maybe next time you can go for longer trip, right up to the Annapurna mountains, and maybe hike round the Annapurna circuit. Going to Pokhara for industrial visits? What kind of industries exist there? Oil refinery?

Hello Scheng, how are you. Finally I am back and tired. I wish you could be here and visit those wonderful places. Unfortunately we didn't get chance to see the reflection of Machapuchhre on the surface of the lake Phewa which is the second largest lake of Nepal. It was very very nice to be there after living in the city where I can barely see a tree in the name of natural thing as a nature lover. Industrial visit was just a reason haha. We finished the industrial visit just within less than 2 hours. We visited the Dairy product industry, Sutlaj Noodle industy, and the metal work industry. Apart from these there are many industries in that area. That is an industrial estate. Thanks for your response Scheng... happy mylotting...

haha Nzal, if you want industrial visits, you can come to Singapore, I can bring you to see those chemical factories, oil refineries, shipyards, and other manufacturing companies. I would like to go to Pokhara too. If I have to travel so far to Nepal, I will not stay in Pokhara for just three days, will make it a two weeks hiking trip, right into the Annapurna region.

Thank you for telling us about this. We would have wondered about you if you hadn't said anything. I've never heard of this place but it sounds very nice. I hope you have a great time. I love to boat in lakes, too. I haven't done this in a long time, myself. My parents and I used to own some property on Smith Lake, which is about ten miles north of here, and we used to go boating out there every so often. We would also go swimming, fishing, etc. I hope you have a great time! You seem like a nice guy. Kathy.

Hello Kathy, how are you? The trip became the best trip of my life till date. Boating in the lake is the very nice thing to do and I enjoyed it a lot. The lake name Phewa is the second largest lake in Nepal and it was very nice to be there. You used to own property on lake side? What about now? I think having property near lake side is very very nice for the nature lovers. And I love that. Happy mylotting and thanks for your response...

I'm sorry, nzalheart. I didn't mean to repeat myself when I said "I hope you have a great time". I forgot that I already said it one time. Kathy.

Hi nzalheart! I'm glad you had such a good time! My parents decided to sell the property on the lake because we didn't spend as much time out there as we should have. I was going through a stage at the time where I didn't care to go out there any more. I was a teenager and had other interests. It would have been nice to have kept it but it required a lot of upkeep, too. We thought about building a house out there at one time but we decided against it. We weren't going to live out there. We just wanted a place where we could go to spend the weekend sometimes. We had a house down on the Warrior River a long time ago and water would get up in it. Also, we had a lot of break-ins down there. We thought at first that it was my uncle, daddy's brother, because he had a drinking problem. We had some things stolen as well. However, we found out that other people had break-ins down there as well so it wasn't him (my uncle). We decided that the same thing might happen at the Lake property. Kathy.
