You shouldn't automatically try to enter the most profitable niches there are for a couple of reasons. First of all the most profitable niches will also be the most competitive ones. More competition makes it harder to get targeted traffic and make money. Secondly if you choose a profitable niche that you aren't necessarily interested in it will be harder for you to promote. Almost any niche can be profitable the most important thing is that it is a topic that interests you.
